Nike P-6000 Guide: Fit, Comfort and How to Style It
Share
The Nike P-6000 brings the look of mid-2000s running shoes into an everyday sneaker. If you like the retro running trend but want something easy to wear, it is one of the best places to start.
Where the design comes from
The P-6000 takes design lines from Nike's Pegasus running shoes of the 2000s: breathable mesh, layered overlays with metallic details and a cushioned running sole.
How does it fit?
The P-6000 fits true to size. Order your usual Nike EU size; the mesh upper gives a comfortable, slightly roomy fit. Check the Nike chart in our Size Guide.
Is it comfortable?
Yes. The foam midsole and padded collar make it comfortable for walking all day. It is a lifestyle sneaker, though, not a modern running shoe, so we would not use it for training runs.
How to style it
- Relaxed: straight or baggy jeans and a plain tee.
- Sporty: track pants or nylon shorts.
- All black: the P-6000 Triple Black with dark denim.
Care
Brush off dry dirt, then clean the mesh with a soft brush, mild soap and cold water. Let it air-dry away from direct heat. The mesh is not waterproof.
