Shipping policy

Every Sprint Crow order is packed with care and ships in its original shoe box, with tracking from dispatch to your door.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders of €60 or more, to every destination we ship to.
For orders under €60, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and is always shown before you pay.
Order processing
- We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Lisbon time) on a business day are processed the same day.
- Every order is prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. They can be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or because of customs clearance and carrier delays.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Packaging
Sneakers are packed to protect them in transit, and the original shoe box is always included.
Customs and import duties
Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price for every country we ship to, inside and outside the EU. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
Failed deliveries
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
