Shipping is free on all orders from €80. Below €80, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5–10 days in Europe (6–12 business days in total) and 10–14 days to the rest of the world. See the Shipping Policy.

Yes. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Not within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return items, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number to start a return. Full details in the Return & Refund Policy.

Yes, depending on stock. Message us before sending anything so we can confirm the size is available. If it isn't, you get a full refund.

Within 14 days of telling us you want to return, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item arrives back with us.

All products have a 3-year legal warranty. Send us your order number and photos of the problem, and we cover the return shipping.

Yes. Every pair is new, unworn and ships in its original box.
