Nike Shox TL Sizing and Fit Guide

The Nike Shox TL is back as one of the most-worn sneakers on the street. Its full-length Shox columns make it look like no other shoe, and they also change how it feels on foot. Here is what to expect before you choose your size.

Short answer

The Shox TL fits true to size for most people: order your usual Nike EU size. The mesh upper is fairly snug, so if you have wide feet or are between two sizes, choose the larger size.

What makes the Shox TL different

  • Full-length Shox columns. "TL" stands for Total Length: the cushioning columns run from heel to toe.
  • Raised platform. You sit higher than in most sneakers, which gives a springy, bouncy step.
  • Mesh upper. Breathable and close-fitting, with a sculpted, futuristic shape.

Comfort

The Shox columns feel firm and responsive rather than soft. Most people find it comfortable for a full day of walking once they are used to the raised platform.
