Awful Lot Of Cough Syrup Cowboy Tee Black

The meme, on a tee

The front shows an illustrated cowboy in a sombrero, guitar in hand, riding a rearing red horse against a yellow sun, with "That’s a awful lot of cough syrup" printed above. The back gives the Spanish version in big green and red letters: "Eso es un montón de jarabe para la tos".

It is the internet joke everyone recognises, turned into a graphic tee that starts conversations wherever you wear it.
